Domestic Collection Service

As of November 2010 we are pleased to announce we are working in partnership with West Midlands Police and local Neighbourhood Watch schemes to assist local residents with disposal of scrap metal items.

The collection service will allow domestic customers to ring us and make an appointment for an identified Mason Metals employee to call at a pre-arranged time in one of our clearly marked modern vehicles.  Many items will be collected free of charge such as washing machines, cookers and dish washers.  More valuable non ferrous metals can also be collected and you will be paid once we have weighed and valued the metal back at our premises.  We can post you a cheque or you are free to collect cash at your convenience.

The scheme will end the nuisance of unknown callers to your property as items will be kept in the home or garage etc until our collector arrives. 

Mrs Stait of Stourbridge - victim of previous metal theft says of the scheme "I would recommend the collection service to anyone.  The guys were helpful, early! and very polite.  I like the security the scheme provides and its nice to know the items will be recycled properly".

All items collected will be taken back to our environmentally licenced premises before entering the recycling chain legally and correctly.  Please see our other web pages for environmental recovery details.
